Our comprehensive process focuses on fully understanding your business and marketing needs and then proposing and implementing a plan to help you achieve your goals.

Once we understand your business we will prepare a detailed proposal for each project you ask us to complete that will include strategies and tactics to best meet your objectives as well as an estimate of the timelines and costs involved. There are no cookie-cutter approaches here. We are not trying to "sell" anything but solutions that deliver results.

For each engagement you can expect us to use the following process to achieve results:

Understanding your business and marketing objectives is the first step.  We'll meet with you, without cost, to accomplish this, and share our capabilities with you.

With new clients it is essential for us to know what types of customers you have now and how you currently market your business. This will help us to determine the effectiveness of and how best to leverage your past marketing efforts and investments while transitioning to integrate a powerful inbound marketing approach into your activities.

2. CONTENT STRATEGY & SEO

Valuable content is what will get your site found. But before you set of developing content, you should have a fact-based content strategy. WNW's skilled content strategists & marketers will work with you to develop that strategy, and then our copywriters and designers will work with you to craft keyword optimized and SEO focused messages and content that your site visitors will find compelling and search engines will find relevant.

3. LEAD CAPTURE, CONVERSION & NURTURING

Compelling content, combined with persuasive "calls to action" that drive to well-designed landing pages is what will incite your visitors to sign up or register and thereby become leads for your business.  This is the real marketing work that your website needs to do.  WNW measures and compares the effectiveness of all offers and calls to action over time in order to continually improve their effectiveness. We also develop campaigns to nurture your leads and keep them engaged until they become customers.

4. ONLINE PROMOTION

WNW will promote your compelling, interesting and relevant content online in different digital formats using a variety of social media platofirms all with the goal of attracting traffic to your site. Over time, we will strive to increase the total reach of the content you publish, and to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts in generating traffic and leads. 

5.  ANALYZING RESULTS

Employing the metrics for measurement developed during the assessment and strategy phase, along with the comprehensive suite of analytical tools available within the Hubspot platform, we will quantitatively evaluate the the return on investment of each element in the marketing strategy, as well as make qualitative observations about its effectiveness.  

If results demonstrate the need to adjust the marketing strategy we will do so accordingly.
